$5.99 lb flat iron steaks..fresh..worth it?

Seeing info about this cut of beef and wandering if they are that much better than some other cuts. At $5.99 lb they better be damn good!!!!!

Around North Texas here I can get them around $3.99 - $4.99lb... I like to marinate them in a fajita seasoning and then grill hot and fast until just barely medium... slice against the grain... good eats. super flavorfull and tender!

$4.99-5.99 is the price we pay around here-mostly cause that cut is so "in" right now. With strip steak and rib-eye going for 12-14 per pound in our local markets, $5.99 for flat-iron steak does not seem too steep.
It is a very flavorful cut, and quite tender too.
