Graduation party cook tonight

welp tonight at about 11pm we are gonna start cooking for grad party we was asked to cook for. they decided on 6 brisket flats, 4 racks of ribs, 12 chicken breasts, and our smoked bbq beans. Gonna be a long night but will be fun. I'll try and get some pics of the foods, think we are just dropping off as far as i know. this is for a guys son that works with the wife.

I am in the middle of a family reunion cook. Just took 14 butts off and shredded them. Just put on 150 pork steaks and 40 chicken halves.

Welp here are the pics from the catering, this was for 24 peeps, brisket,ribs,beans(with pulled pork) and some chicken breasts( for the kids, they didnt want sauce on the chicken). but we did bring them a bottle of our sauce.

welp was told everything was great, cept the skinless chicken breast they waited a bit til they ate so the chicken dried out. but the ribs was looking great, brisket had some great smoke ring and bark. all in all it was some of the best we have done.

@napper... we cook everything the way we would want it so i hope i did the ribs justice, we didnt try anything cept a nibble of the brisket which was great
