We did this cookoff over the weekend and it was a very nice event for a great cause. We hit hit 1st place brisket with some Calcutta to boot. Dustaway stopped by to give us some chit and share some laughs with his better half on Friday night and Saturday afternoon. It's always great to see those two. If you Texas cookers have the chance next year come on down you'll dig it. Check out the website.

A Calcutta is basically when you bet on your team to win. They call it an auction sometimes crossed with a betting pool. It's alway seems to be set up a bit different depending on who is running it. Here is some more info.
