Did a practice run for the upcoming contest in two weeks. Set turn-in times of noon for chicken, 1:00 for ribs and 2:00 for brisket. Thought ya'll mike like to see the results. IMO, the chicken was slightly overcooked, the ribs were spot-on and the brisket was slightly undercooked. All the friends, neighbors and relatives that stopped by to "judge" loved it all.
