We have been working for 3 days now and the trailer is almost done. All we have left to do is hang the lights, run the electrical and put the roof on. Here are a few photos of the progress.

It's a beaut, but I have to ask. Why not a three station sink? Do you plan to use one outside the trailer to minimize splashing?

Have not decided yet. If you do and you are using anything that is propane related (log lighter, heater, stove,) you have to have it inspected by a Harris County inspector and get your little metal tag. I know the guy personally and he can do it in about 10 minutes and he will come to us. I probably will do it Holdem N Hitem but I just have not made that firm yet. I know Ritch of Gator Pits is going to try and have my pit done by then but I do have the Pitts & Spitts. Ifin its ready I will probably bring them both. May even have my wife enter.

Oh yeah, inspection is $35. Its cheaper than letting that guy come out there and charge you $50 or $75 bucks to test it and then charge you for hooking up the bottle to. They try and tell you they have to hook up the bottle ifin its not hooked up already or have to change bottles but I dont go for that stuff. There are only two cookoffs where they try that stuff.
