I just don't understand indoor BBQ joints that serve on disposable plates and boats.

its the metroplex, everythings a little fancier there... im used to goin in and ordering by the pound and getting it on a tray with butcher paper. with all u can eat beans and sides. but it was still pretty tasty.

Now I'm confused.

All you can eat beans, served on butcher paper?

Sounds messy.
