I'll be cooking there and anyone interested in cooking in it or sitting in / spending time with me to see how an IBCA cook off is about feel free to call me at 817-401-2670. I'll be arriving Friday mid day. Entry fee is 65.00 for one 1/2 fully jointed chicken, 7 slices of brisket and 7 ribs. Anyone can cook and do not have to be a member of IBCA. also a 10.00 jackpot bean (dry pinto only) is open to anyone.
