Got a new toy. Love that clearance shelf at Walmart. Now I can make my own onion and garlic juices for injections that won't clog the needle. Anyone got something I should try?

Carrot juice with a sprinkle of celery salt. Good stuff Maynard!!!
For drinking, not for injecting!

Throw an apple in with that carrot juice to sweeten it a litte bit more. Like drinking pure energy.

i'm going to add to this by suggesting that you juice a small piece of ginger and add that to the apple and carrot. just whatever you do, don't drink it straight!

One quarter celery juice with three quarters carrot juice is my favorite. One word of caution. Never use more than 25% green veggie juice with your drinks or you will be cleansing. Cleansing is what nutritional juicer freaks call diarrhea. :icon_smil :icon_sleepy

LOL, I do plenty enough "cleansing" without the help of juices.

I used to use a juice extractor almost daily... 16 oz. every morning.. Base was always carrots and apples and celery with anything else added for variety. I've tried just about everything in the produce at least once..Even less traditional items like spinach, squash, peppers, radishes, swiss chard, parsley.... Some good, some tasted awful.

Never thought about using it for liquid injections.... I hated cleaning those machines....Even the good ones get really messy...

If you have a dog, save the pulp in ziplock bags and you can mix it into their food in small portions..

I guess that's why I don't use mine much anymore. Absolute pain in the kiester to clean.

Try some mushrooms in your injection mixtures. They contain natural glutamates that will enhance flavors in much the same way MSG does without the added sodium (or MSG paranoia).

For a year or so, Dole had a V-8 like vegetable juice cocktail that had mushrooms in it. It was really, really good and I really, really liked it, so naturally they stopped selling it:x

That sounds like something to try. Thanks.
