Homemade Bologna

Just thought I would run this by you all, I was at the Frisco BBQ cook off and after the second day you're about BBQ out. I sent my son out to get me something to eat other then "Q". He came back with a homemade Bologna sandwich that had been smoked.(Of course he didnt remember which both he got it at, pretty typical of a 9 yr old :roll: ) It was the best darn sandwich I had and the best Bologna I have ever tasted. Still trying to track down the receipe but thought I would start here and see if anyone has a receipe or knows where I could find a good product. Thanks in advance.

There is an interesting looking recipe for barbecued bologna in this months Bullsheet. Not home made bologna though.
