Hello

Just joined the forum after finding you while researching cooking a pork butt

Rubbed it down the night before and on to the Weber at 5am, about six pm it reached 190 degrees so off it went to rest

Used shag bark hickory bark for smoke.

Best pulled pork I have ever had
