Hi all -
New guy from St. Louis here. I stumbled across your forum from a google search. I've been grilling for years and smoking occasionally, but recently I realized I could be doing a much better job of both :doh:
I've ditched the lousy offset smoker from the big-box place, and now have a 26.5" OTG and an 18.5" WSM. That should be plenty - I don't need to feed massive crowds, and I have no desire to try competing, as I get enough of that from my beer-brewing hobby. Just looking to make great food for friends and family!
