Hello everyone, my name is Daniel from germany.
I found this forum while doine research on building my first UDS i got a lot of information and built it succesfully.
Now that I did a many cooks and am happy with the way they turned out I decided I want to be part of this forum to learn even more and maybe be able to help out with the experiences I made.
Currently I am about to rebuild my UDS as I am about to learn welding abd this is a great project for that.
I will post some pictures of my build during next week when I get the pics from my phone to the pc.

Thats it for the moment.

Greetings Daniel

Herzlich willkommen! I going to guess that BW is for Baden-Württemberg. I've lived in Augsburg, Frankfurt and Berlin, but I really preferred the countryside in Bayern. And again, welcome aboard!

Welcome. We recently visited friends in Firstenfeldbrook near Munchen. Beautiful country. Hope to return and spend time in Berlin as that is where my wife's family is from.

Welcome aboard Daniel, glad to have you here.

I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". There are many people with years of experience that are willing to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction.

My son is headed to Germany in September for a two year assignment.
