Well I finally did it. Down with the gas grill and up with a new Akron Kamado. I have read a lot of good things about this type grill and it's ability to hold a low slow burn.
But what good is a new toy if you run into issues and have no where to turn.
This looks like a very good place to ask questions and get experienced answers. Just what a newbe needs.
