Howdy all. Just another wet-behind-the-ears amateur who loves bbq here. I'm planning on buying my first smoker this summer and found this place when I was doing some research. So far all I've done is standard grill fare, but I can't wait to finally start making my own ribs/brisket/etc.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing right so here I am. I look forward to shamelessly abusing everyone's experience and knowledge to start down this path the right way  After doing a little browsing here it's clear I will be adding things to my list of "I NEED to smoke THIS" items in addition to the typical ribs and whatnot. Smoked burgers, steaks, ribeye roast? Ohhh it's going to be a glorious summer :hungry:
