I found this site looking for info on smoking. Picked up a Masterbuilt propane smoker last weekend, so far all has been amazing. Started out with venison chops and hard boiled eggs last Friday, ribs and salmon on Saturday. Last night was hickory smoked burgers, and today will be 2 turkey breasts and more venison chops. Trying to figure out how long to plan for a couple of 3 lb breasts, usually I just eat when the food is done, but today the in-laws will be expecting a sit down time.
