I had to step into the dark side :razz:
I've been yearning for some jerked chicken and well..... Now I own a 21" WSM:mod:
Last night was the 1st smoke, turned out great 1/2 chickens
Got a 8lb butt on deck but might slide some ribs in 1st............
This is going to be fun!
