Hello all

Joined the brethren on the advice of a hunting buddy. Currently using a Smoke Hollow propane smoker. Looking at a uds for my next one. Any advice or reccomendaions would be greatly appreciated.

I want something simpler with the abillity to cook more than a few slabs at a time.
