I wanted to see if anybody could share either what they bought or someting they made for your wash station for competions? I want to move away from three bins.....thinking of a sink set up that would be something portable.

Three bus tubs and an igloo beverage cooler to hold hot water.
Compact, but large enough to wash hotel pans.
Efficient, hot water lasts for 24 hours easy.
and inexpensive, under $50.00
Not exactly the answer you wanted but the results are what counts.

We have looked at portable sinks, expensive.
Portable instant hot water, nice but still one more thing to carry and set up.

We always go back to the simple way.

Bear in mind the OP is in Philly. At least for comps in NY/NE the reps WILL ask to see 3 bins at the time of meat inspection. It's kind of a grey area in that there are a number of things KCBS requires you have, but they don't verify that you do. In the northeast, anyway, they will check.

I have a thread on here someplace with the picture of the 4 bay sink (with hot water and pump) that I use, but it's really massive overkill. (That's how I roll. :becky: )

Same thing here minus the hot water in the cooler.
I'm all about the KISS method...
