Just want to say hi. My name is JD. I live in Oklahoma. I'm new to smoking meat. I just got a traeger grill for my birthday i have used it a few times already we have cooked some hamburger,corn on the cob and fries in it the first day then. We made cookies on it everything came out great. Then we made cooked fish on it. Then last night we smoked some steaks and man where they good. I will be asking a lot of question on here about these grill so hope you guys have some good info. Sense im new to them.

+1 on the search, when I started I would run here to get a rub recipe or how should I do this and found 100+ on that very subject!

Thanks to the search I have some really good pickles in my fridge right at this moment!
