Hi, I recently picked up a OK Joe Longhorn to replace a Char-Griller with a SFB. I also have a Weber 22.5. kettle for burgers and dogs. My favorite BBQ is brisket by far, though I have done a couple turkeys as well and look forward to expanding into pork soon with beef prices so high up here.

Thank you for the warm welcome folks.

Clint,

I do enjoy sleddin'. My screen name is a combo of my preferred sled brand and my last name. I won't be able to make up for the state championship since I will be busy getting ready for the start of Pop Warner with my son on the 21st but will be in the area the weekend of July 4th.
