New member here! I've inherited a GOSM from my father and I've been smoking a couple of years before this using a Weber kettle grill and a pitmasterIQ. Looking forward to being here. In two weeks, I'm doing 40 lbs of Wagyu brisket and another 50 lbs of butt for my daughter's graduation party. Wish me luck!
