Just want to say hellow from nj, have been bbq for years on gas and offset smokers, looking for info on the net. On the brotheren on and off for years looking for information and bumped up on the uds theread and wanted one asap, after reading and looking at all the drums not one of them are ugly. Ive since made one and is loving it. I nolonger use my offset unless I have a huge amount of food to cook. I am so happy with my uds. Cooked 2 shoulders today and 2 slabs of ribs. Thanks for all the info, it really made it simple.
