I was volunteered to cook pulled pork Sammy's for my church, I was told the local market is donating 150lb of pork for me to cook. Well I picked it up at church today and its all pork loins ! Any ideas, I've never even thought of pulling loins. :wacko:

I would ask them if sliced pork will work as loin is a much nicer cut and may/can be served in a more modest fashion that pulled. Not to mention, think of all the nice things/flavors you can deliver with that number of loins.

Rub em and smoke to 150 . Slice thin & serve.

I have had pulled loin before. I didnt make it either. I dont reccommend it unless you like dry stringy meat...
