Been going low and slow for years now. Mostly going out of control and blind.. Uhh, I mean manual temp control and no measuring meat temps. After burning through a bunch of cheapo offset smokers I ultimately decided to ditch my cheapo rustout ways and invest in a XL BGE. This was a huge step up and my Q skills were advancing rapidly. This year I treated myself to a BBQ Stoker and now low and slow is really rockin with the Stoker in control. Looking to learn more on this site and kick it up yet another notch!
