On this unit is a 6 foot smoker, a Santa Maria grill, storage space, two burners, 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink. Should be done early next week. I am both broke and excited! I will post pics (detailed) when she finally arrives!

Hopefully, it will be done in the next week or so, and then we should schedule. I hate to schedule and it is not ready!

It was originally supposed to be done in May...June...July. My folks were here and we all thought it would have been here for the 4th. Life goes on, this is one thing (my rig) I am being patient about besides fishing.

Supposed to pick up the rig tomorrow! Sleep may be tough tonight!
Should have pics tomorrow night. Nervous about things being perfect!
Will settle for near perfection. Ahhh heck, I have been involved in the process and helped design her and it's going to be great! It is kind of exciting setting goals and watching it happen.

My next goal is serving as a food vendor at a human resource director conference next month. I am 1 of 2 food vendors (pizza vendor). This could be a lucratrive opportunity for the business.
