Howdy, from Iowa City

New member from Iowa City, by way of Texas and a whole bunch of other places. New to low-and-slow and this site is clearly a wealth of information. Mrs. Dokk and I are excited to start using our Primo (oval) XL, which will get delivered next month. First cook? Haven't decided ... but I'm leaning toward a yummy pork butt or some spare ribs. :decision:
