New guy here (not to BBQing, though). I've seen the forums before but never signed up.

Anyways, Memphian here who loves his BBQ. If it can be smoked, I'm down to eat it.

Grills/Smokers:
1. Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5" -- actually regret not getting a 22.5, but whatever. Thing makes amazing food.

2. Weber 22" kettle

3. Yoder YS640 pellet pit -- the beast. This thing is my main go-to rig when I don't feel like lighting charcoal, etc.

Anyhoo, here's a couple of pics of my food over the past year. This weekend will be 3 racks of ribs and 14.5lbs of boneless pork butts. Then hopefully a packer brisket before too long (they're hard as hell to find in Memphis currently).

Enjoy:

Yeah, so, um, those pics sized a bit big. I figured they'd downsize automatically. Apparently not.

Sorry.
