Hi folks. Comin' at ya from the great state of Wisconsin. Been grilling for years. Started with a weber kettle. Bout 7 years back, bought a Chargriller with side box. Had no idea how to use it and lost it in the divorce.

I currently have a Weber Platinum, WSM and just added a Kamado Big Joe to the collection and have a BBQ Guru on the way for it. I'm pondering making some room on the deck and phasing out the Webers but it just feels unnatural. Got some friends who are more than willing to take them from me though.

Anyway, I'm glad to be aboard. Had my first cook on the KJBJ last week. Beer bacon cheese bread, Iowa chops, steak and smoked bone in chicken breast. I'll get some pics up later.

Looking forward to picking up some tips and talking Q. Ribs upcoming next weekend.
