I work in Garland, Texas and have been increasingly impressed with this little, local bbq spot. Rick's Smokehouse runs a daily special and Friday s happens to be beef ribs. I am talking DINO BONES here! I didn't feel like having sides or a drink since wifey had already packed me a lunch, but dang, I was craving one of those bones. Went in, and my favorite cut man was working behind the counter. English is definitely his second language, but he gets bbq talk.. He pulled out a fresh rack and sliced me some good ones. He told me " I always see you in here, happy Friday my friend" and commenced on loading me up.. I just wanted a rib to take back to the office and this is what I received. Total bill $5.41 with tax included. Supporting your local businesses is key.. They will always return the favor.
