I sampled - it it's pretty good but only a hair better than my own brisket or what I tasted at the North Texas Bash.

I've had it a couple of times and it's pretty decent. The ribs, pulled pork, and sausage were really good. I haven't had much luck with their brisket though. Each time I've had it, it's been bit undercooked and sometimes sliced with the grain. That being said, it's still probably one of the best places in this area to get quick BBQ fix without having to drive 30+ minutes.

The Jambo Texan is a pretty good deal. You get a pretty generous portion of their brisket, pulled pork, sausage, ribs, bologna, and maybe turkey all between two slices of Texas toast. They call it a sandwich, but it's about impossible to actually eat as one because of how big it is.

Not to hijack the thread or anything, but another good local place that I recently tried out is Big D BBQ in Mansfield. Their moist brisket and sausage were really good.
