All,

Looking for a spreadsheet or something that would help identify the cost necessary to run a restaurant, specifically for each item. The input would be the costs of the goods.

Also a place for overhead costs (labor, electricity, etc).

TIA for any help or if you know somewhere to point me, appreciate that as well. Someone was asking me for help, but the one I have with my old restaurant I don't have access to anymore.

Yep, that's the one we started out with too. :thumb: Of course since then we have modified it to fit our specifics but it is a very good starting point. :wink:
