View Full Version : Humphrey's bbq customer service problem

I have placed an order for a sign with chad and Nichole on February 2nd I was told that the order was completed or finishing production on February 12th and would be ready for shipping the middle of the next week. I called and paid for the work and was told that it would be shipping out on the following Monday. I still have not gotten the sign and I called and spoke with chad and I asked for the tracking number on the sign and he said he was unsure how it went out FedEx or ups and would call me back or email me the tracking number. I have not heard from anyone since and that was last week. I have called several times this week with no answer only answering machine and I left message with no return call and have sent emails with no return response. Has anyone else had a problem getting I touch with them. Really getting frustrated as we are nearing a month from when I was told that production was finished.

Nothing to add as far as experience with Humphrey's goes but just wanted to say that you seem to have been very patient with this. Keep cool, don't point fingers, don' make threats and you should have a resolution soon. Good luck.

Hey bud I am the front man here for them very sorry for the troubles you are having I will call him this morning and get it all taken care of. Can you PM me your info so I know what I am taliking about with him. Again I an very sorry I will get it handled. You can always get me here in the future.

I have always dealt with Kevin for the most part with my orders and I can say only good things about my experiences with him. Good things are actually an understatement... I should have said GREAT Things.
I have also dealt with Chad and Nichole with small things, but never had any problems. Always friendly and pleasant.
Maybe the past few storms that have blown through the East Coast may have something to do with it. As Kevin stated, he will get back to you, he keeps his word..
