Hi all I am new to posting but have been reading the forum for about 2 years. That's when I had to buy a smoker so I could continue to compete in backyard competitions. I have a blast as a backyard team and have learned a lot from the forum. My new team names is The Groce Smoker formerly Groce Wings & Thingz.
