OK ladies. Give it a Whirl.

BBQJoe, and any of our other food handling certified experts will use this forum to educate us on proper practices. Those guys will control the format.

It will start with a topic or question from Joe, you guys chime in, then he will come in witht he actrual lessons/response.

This forum can me moved into subforums(off Qtalk or Comp) or i can create subcatagories within it. Its your calls. Keep it lighthearted, Qtalk rules apply. Let me know if i need to change anything. Joe, you have moderator rights here.

Once again, please refrain from chit chat and posting info until everyone has had a chance to vote, and the answer is revealed. I hope this turns out to be fun for all. And please feel free to vote. Poll votes will be locked, so no one will know how you answered.

Please read stickies!

Let me just Clarify... Joe correct me if I'm wrong. What were trying to do is get the feel for what people "Think" are the answers, and then educate in whats correct. Posting clarifications(Like Troutman did in the first question) is a good thing.. questions regarding the poll is ok, but lets not just google the answer and post it or answer it and then explain out answer(that comes later). We also know were a chatty bunch, so qtalk rules apply.. ONCE the threads opened for discussion and poll is done.

Again.. new format, kinda like a game show aint it?

Jpe, do u plan on closing the poll when you present the answer? May be a good way to let people know discussion is open.

All in all you're fairly correct Phil. The only thing is that doing what Troutman did, went ahead and revealed information that I was going to use in a future question.
And yes we'll close the poll, as long as it doesn't lock folks out from posting.
