Doing a few butts and a SRF Briskey for some pals at a local B&B.

Must be quite the pals! Is it still in your truck or did you put casters on it yet?:heh:

Ive got a Turkey getting ready for a test today. brined 24hr, spatchcocked and half injected with Tony Catcheres cajun butter and the other half just clarified butter. Probably should have let the butter cool a little bit lol.
