Their Tennesse Red BBQ souce is awesome on pulled pork. It is a thin vinegary sauce. I know lots of teams that use this on their pulled pork for competition. Their regular sauce is good also - as Bill said it is thick and sweet.

Yes, good sauce. Made by a MOFO!

A good quality midwestern bbq product.......did I mention that Bill and I are friends? Seriously, Blues Hog products are very good.
As above...excellent sauce and rub. Very distinctive taste.
I've been out for MONTHS. Another trade brought some "Sticky Pig" (I think) and it's very similar...I understand it's made by a former Blues Hog team member...go figure!!

I dole it out by the tablespoon.
I even use a little Sweet Baby Ray's on pulled pork, then add a few tablespoons of Blues Hog. All you taste is the Blues Hog, and it makes the bottle last longer.

I love the Blues Hog Tennessee Red. I'm going to stock up on it at the end of the month when the wifey and I head down to Arkansas. We buy it at Boomland off I-57 just outside of Sikeston, MO. $4.59 for a quart jar.
