I've posted this before but forgot were it was locsted. I'm looking to buy a rotiesserie smoker. I like the heartland cookers t3660 and the cadillac cookers 3660. Any differance in the two.

Thanks, Forgot where they were. Well, waiting for some info on the heartland smoker but the cadillac is $1,000 shipped to n.y. and with some options up to $7,000 already. I don't know!

I can't speak to the Heartland cookers, but I did buy a Cadillac at the beginning of the year. It's awesome! I got the 3672 with the gas control. The guys in Sikeston were a pleasure to deal with and did a great job on the cooker. Support after-the-fact has been great- they're always around to answer my questions.

Only thing is I wish I sprung for the next size up (4872). It has hanging racks so you effectively double your cooking space.

-edit- I just checked out the Heartland cookers. They look almost identical, except on the Heartland you don't seem to have as much access to the coal chamber. The doors cover about 70% of that area as opposed to about 90% on the Cadillac. Might make cleaning it out a little more challenging.

What's your estimated meat capacities for your unit. I hate how they don't put a lot of info on their website.

It mite not be a big deal but I like the warming box better on the heartland than the cadillac.
