greatings from the Pacific North West

Finally got around to registering on the site. I've been BBQing for about 10 years, started off by purchasing a Traeger 075. My bbq inspiration is my Uncle Charles, he's a master at the open pit.

I've added the digital controller and am now cranking out some good que. I like smoking pork butts, chicken, salmon, ribs (BB, St.L, and Spare), and brisket. Just started getting into Tritip, and i need to try out a smoked Chuck Roast.

Hope to converse with you all on the boards.

Welcome from just a little east of you.

I'm fairly new here myself, but have found it's a great resource with great people. Nice to see more Washington people showing up.
