This one is on our radar for next year, depending on how things fall earlier in the year, we'll be there!

Not sure if i'm going to throw down on the KCBS or the amateur, but I'm there. Will probably register a bit closer to the event, albeit still quite early.

Glad to hear we are getting on the radar. I'm looking for help in getting the word out, so if there are other forums, other ways (besides KCBS website and Bullsheet), that you are aware of, let me know.

I'll be back for the amateur competition again. Looking forward to it. I'm bummed that I wont be able to judge the KCBS comp since both are on the same day, but I'll take it. Thanks in advance for all of your hard work Kevin!

Hahahahaha.....from a comp cook in ND

Is that a comp cook who's gonna come to St. Charles in July??? We hope you do.

And maybe we can organize a one time comp just for Scottie to mark ND off his list...

Only if Scottie is offering a class.....I'm going to take one this year.

Looks like a great contest with a nice bretheren presence.
