Just checking in. We cook a lot in our cookroom/poolhouse/mancave/brewery.

Smoked,grilled,boiled,jambalayas,stews,gumbos, you name it.
My biggest hobby is brewing beer.
And disposing of it :) In a responsible manner of course.

I have just sold my melange of bbq equipment, and have ordered a Peoria cookers Meat Monster. 1 pit for everthing.

I am toying with the idea of trying out a few competitions, or cooking for charity events and such. Slowly buy surely. Gotta learn the new pit first.

Glad to be here. You guys look like a fun group.

That meat monster is quite a cooker... I like that it is a large grill as well as a large smoker. Let us know how it works out for you..
