This smoker saw it's first smoke this past weekend. I got the Idea from one of the other post on this site. I usually cook on my Old New Braunfel Smoker in competition. Have a 4 shelf rotisserie in this wine barrel. This gives me alot more options. At the cookoff I think this will draw alot attention.

Well the first test was very good. 4 hrs of total cooking time on 5 logse of wood. 3 Spare ribes and some Pork susauge.http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/picture.php?albumid=781&pictureid=7944
