I had a chance to taste Rod Grays Ribs last week at the Kansas City BBQ store OMG I just thought I could cook ribs they were the best i have ever eaten I am now looking for that next KC class.:clap::clap:

Ribs seem to me to be the hardest category to be consistent in, wish i could find that magic bullet for ribs. They are always so hit and miss. Have looked at and tried so many different recipes and rubs over the years and practiced to the point that even my dogs are sick of them.

I got lucky - i can reproduce my ribs in my sleep. I am almost shocked when they turn out different.
Now my brisket on the other hand... I've done amazing things, and then the next cook NOTHING has changed at all and I get leather.
