Hi everyone. New member here from Summit, NJ. I've been pretty serious with a grill for the past decade but am a newbie to BBQ. My sons got me a 22.5 WSM for Father's Day, which I christened with a pretty decent brisket after geeking out and reading everything I could find for two weeks to prepare. I've done some tasty ribs, and smoked some chickens for the first time last week. I came here looking for ideas to do a turkey breast, and now it looks like I've hit a treasure trove of knowledgable Brethren. I can see myself visiting often, as I have lots to learn. Not sure I have much to teach, but I look forward to being a member. Thanks.
