I am Chad and I ran across this forum while searching for internal temps for Boston Butt and joined. There is alot of information and I found what I was looking for. I made my 2nd BB (my first was well undercooked so it did not pull apart) and was finally able to pull it apart thanks to the information I found here. Just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for all the information.

I was pretty pleased that it pulled apart. I never knew there was so much to making good q. I have spent countless hours researching and reading and trying new rubs and sauces. Damifiknow white is above Cartersville right? Thanks ro everyone for all the warm welcomes.
