Someone referred me over here, been doing a lot of reading to improve my BBQ skills.

My name is Ron, I live in Frisco, TX.. try to smoke at least every month but have high cholesterol and can't do too much pork and red meat.

Use a Brinkmann Pitmaster Deluxe, not modded at all.. guess i'll have to get right on that.

Smoke up some chicken. You can make pulled chicken sandwiches and smoked chicken salad.

Hey, Ron. I'm in Beaumont. My cholesterol is about 280. I only eat Q when I have the opportunity. I limit myself to beef, pork, chicken, fish, you know...the flesh of dead animals.
