Howdy all. Lets See Here.......I've always had a Weber Kettle for charcoal grilling and would occasionally throw a cpl wood chunks in for Steaks n Chicken but never really Smoked/ BBQ such as ribs, brisket, pork shoulder till I got. Masterbuilt Electric smoker about 5-6 years ago. I still have it but it only sees the occasional use for Fish and Chicken Breasts as I built my first UDS about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Me and my tastesbuds believe charcoal and wood chunk can't be beat- better than straight wood burn in my book. I have an UDS, 5 Dawer file cabinet smoker, the electric and just drug home a sad looking Bandera that has already been reworked once. I love Brisket but my best efforts so far have been Pork Shoulder........
