Hi all,

I am definitely new here and I was invited by cmcadams (thanks Curt). :-D

I have always been an outdoors cooker but have been doing "serious" Q for just about a year now. I look forward to lots of great discussions and new friends.

Welcome to the place. My wife is from Indy. She went to Howe High and lived in Irvington. My family rarely cooked outside but her family did quite often. After I married her cooking on a weber kettle and on to a pit was inevitable.

Welcome to ya, Tony! Read your blog regarding your endeavor into comps. Last year was my first year. The three I did made for a huge learning experience but it is addicting! Look forward to hearing about your preparing and the contest experience!
