Yes, I'm Canadian and darn proud of it!!!
I hope to learn a lot from all the grill masters. For the most part, I use a gas grill (is that wrong grill masters), but am planning on buying a non-gas grill and also plan on learning to smoke my meats. Steak and chicken and my favourite to cook, but I often overcook my chicken so I am here to learn.
I was born in 1969 so being 44 I figured it finally time to learn the right way to rock the grill.

Welcome to the neighborhood. My wife and I were in Halifax in May. We were on the msVeendam and were the first cruise ship of the season! Loved Halifax and the maritimes in general.

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
I'll pass on the nasty tasting Keith's, but have some lobster right out of the Atlantic Ocean for you Humma. lol
Drove through Dartmouth on Sunday on my way back from Clam Harbour, Gore.
Glad you enjoyed your time in the Maritimes, Chad. I'm in Halifax and 5 min drive from the waterfront. It's a nice city when the weather cooperates.
