Hello from South Mississippi. I've been a lurker for a while and decided to finally become a member here. Look forward to learning a lot more than I already have since finding this forum.

Here is how I like to spend my late nights:

Welcome neighbor,

First, let me thank you for your service to our country.

I'm about a county and a half north of you. I was steered to this site by a Brethren who is a WFO (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wood-fired_oven) builder like myself. It seems that when you start researching great food' the two just somehow come together.

From the pic in your first post, it looks like you've got the right idea. Except, for one thing, that looks like a lite beer in the pic ?

Thanks Ya'll! I feel welcomed already. And hello neighbors!

I live in Wade, right down the road from you Gulf. I go through Richton twice every weekend during hunting season.

That's Icehouse that my Cuz brought over (deal I make with friends - I drink their beer if they eat my BBQ) My normal beer is Guinness! Not lite at all! Haha
