Hello Brethren,

We are looking to step our game and would like to know a few good places where to buy mail order or walk in to get our Comp meats for KCBS. We are located in Southern California. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Check out T&H Prime Meats in San Marcos.
Chicken is such a consistent product that we've competed successfully with everything from Costco multipacks to supermarket store brand.

I get all my comp meats from the Navy Commissary except brisket. If you can or know somebody the has access they have IBP spares and butts. I got to know the meat man and I can pick through cases.

We use Brandt beef, and they have a great product. Even better is that they have a facility in Buena Park where you can pick up your online purchase via will call.

You can always call some of the more prime meat suppliers directly and ask them for a local distributor in your area. That will save you the expense of the freight.
